Beautiful and Delicate

I love the look of this watch so much, but when I tried it on for the first time it fell of my wrist as pins came off the watch that was holding the band together. I attempted to push them back in but one broke in two pieces and the other wouldn't stay put. Luckily costumer service was wonderful and reshipped the faulty item! So i can't wait for my replacement and hopefully it is a more sturdy watch this time because it is a lovely watch.
