Nice but Beware of poor packaging in shipment

The watch itself is nice. Small-Medium size as described. However it was packaged in a Fossil brand box with no padding so tiny scratch on it?? I had bought the item on sale so now I have to figure out how to get exchanged in time for Christmas.

I did not get to see it because I bought is as a mother's day for my aunt and shipped it directly to her. She said she loves it.
