Missing 2 items

I ordered five pairs of women's shoes and sandals from Macy's but only received three. The three I received were delivered to my apartment door. One missing package was left in my building's public hallway (I have a delivery photo), Unfortunately never received it. And the other never arrived with no proof of delivery. Despite contacting Macy's customer service multiple times, my case was never properly resolved. This has been a very disappointing experience. Customers deserve better delivery practices and better customer support.

Heel height is much taller than description

I can’t comment on anything other than the description is not accurate. Heel height is labeled at 3.54”. This heel height is 4.0+ depending how exactly it’s measured. I sent back bc even just a 1/2 inch can really make a difference in comfort.

Runs large

I bought these shoes bc they are very nice looking but it turns out they ran a little bit big on me, i’m always a consistent size 8 so i would recommend sizing down for these heels
