The worst customer service

I have not received the boots, so can't review them. It's been over 3 weeks and 5 calls to customer service. So, their 5-6 day delivery is not accurate and the boots were not here for Christmas. Custome rservice reps have no idea what they're doing. Macys needs to realize there are other places to shop.

Guess

The boots are quite nice, but the shafts are a bit too tall. You can't sit down comfortably while wearing them, so they're not suitable for short people.

Highly Disappointed

I was very excited when I got these boots because they fit perfectly and it is a good looking boot. The problem is the gold emblem at the top of the boot is not secured. It will move around during the course of the day which will be different from the other boot which also moves around). The strap can be removed, but then the boot looks funny because the zipper pull is gold like the emblem. I believe this is a defect in the boot. I can't imagine it is designed this way. If it is designed this way then I do not recommend this boot.
