Great for open ended play
I use these in my classroom of 2 and 3 year olds. I love that they are small enough to encourage using fine motor but large enough that children who do not have super good fine motor can also use them!

Great way to bring nature into the classroom. Comes in a variety of shapes and sizes. Students love the texture of the wood.

Encourages creative play
Great toy for creativity but a bit difficult to build traditional structures with as all pieces are unique. Great quality, realistic looking.
Great blocks!
These are really fun, sturdy and natural blocks. My only criticism is that I wish they were polished a little bit. Otherwise, I think they are a great addition to our block collection, and my children with have hours of fun with them!

Abstract play
The branches are great for block play. It gives students a different handle of blocks and balance. It gives them a chance to practice imagination skills. They are a bit messy. The bark will chip off.
