Missing box

I ordered this bed because it was going to be delivered during the weekend and it was convenient day to set it up. Unfortunately, I was also not aware that this bed was going to be delivered in two separate boxes. one box was delivered and when I called to inquire about the second box I was told they didn’t know when it would be delivered and to wait. Terrible experience
