Color does not Match description.

I use the Macy’s app to order these barstools. They were Red but when I received them, they were more orange and they were Red. I’m trying to return them on. Macy’s is not helping me return them even though I ordered them on their app.. the order came in two boxes and they only sent me one return label. I’ve called customer service. Three times. Trying to explain them. I need two labels to return and they won’t help. I’m very disappointed in the service that Macy’s has gave me on products. I ordered from their website. I recommend not to buy anything that is not available in the store. Cause they won’t stand by the product.

What I got verses what I order

The product is not what I order the bar stools was supposed to red and it can as a orange red trying to return this is a problem because they want fit back in the box I will never shop online again with this third party mess very disappointed
