Poor Quilty

This bed is such poor quality. The directions are absolutely horrible it took multiple people to try and decipher them. Got half way through putting the bed together to see things weren’t sitting straight shelving was just falling out all they had where wood pegs holding it in. The wood they used is horrible as well. Absolute junk. Also what a disaster trying to return it. It came in two boxes but Macys online only wanted to give me one return slip duplicate the slip on the other box(which would cause it to get lost in the mail and loss my money on the return). They didn’t understand cause they outsource there calls. Non the less I returned at the Macys store. They were very helpful.
