Think before you Purchase this tv stand!

All Of the shelves were scratched up pieces were chipped. No packing in interior shelving. Gymax no help. I’d have to Jim through hoops sending pictures carton packing list number. Seriously ! I bought a furniture crayon in dark wood color . Macys off shore reps no help! Never got the call back like they said they’d follow up. One star review for seller Gymax and Macys not to Mention interior quality. Outside luckily it was ok. How would I have sent this entire piece back ! The carton had already been broken down/ flattened for recycling! Too much trouble. Trust me when it was delivered outside carton had NO damage so it came from seller Gymax with no interior packing material I Like the exterior of this tv stand so with my touch up furniture crayon I guess I’ll keep it! Just think about the lack Of assistance from Macys off shore customer service and no Offer whatsoever of any discount because of quality!

Awful quality control

Not only was the entire set of hardware missing from the box, it doesn't seem like the company has any simple way make a contact to resolve the issue. The only contact instructions that worked took me to an email address for an entirely different company. The chat function didn't work and the only phone numbers were foreign ones with no toll-free options.

gymax wood tv stand

I love my new TV stand . Although I don’t have my television on it because it’s mounted on the wall, it’s perfect for what I need. I was able to put it together myself . It took a few hours but i love it
