    • The curtains should be dry cleaned only. Fold lines can be steamed out using a iron or garment steamer. Avoid making contact with the face fabric.

Never Arrived

Sadly, I never received these curtains. This review only reflects Macys.com processes for ordering, shipping and customer service. Macy’s online communication system completely failed. Either the curtains never shipped or Macy’s failed to notify me they were ready to pick up. It’s hard to know since the story from customer service was different each of the three times I called: “They are at the store ready for pick up” ( but the store did not have them when I checked), “They are at the warehouse and will arrive within a week,’” and two days later, “They have been returned because you failed to pick them up.” What a mess. The only notifications after the initial order confirmation were from PayPal. All very frustrating and disappointing. No product is worth this effort.
