We've taken our popular Faux Silk Taffeta panels and added a ruched header valance creating the most luxurious, over the top style in window treatments out there. This style was designed and meant to be stationary and used as decorative panels to frame out your window. As a general rule, for proper fullness panels should measure 2-3 times the width of your window/opening.
