It works so far

1. someone who ordered a hotpot from Penny's has my packing slip. OR maybe there's another party involved. 2. I made a potato and onion gratin using both slicing disks that was almost perfect. I did have to cut both the vegetables to fit in chute but not as small as the old Cuisinart. 3. This cleans easily by hand washing. I won't change the settings on the dishwasher for a few pieces. 4. Everything may store inside but it won't latch with both disks inside. We have naughty cats so storing the food processor unlatched is not an option. One disk will have to live in a drawer. 5. The manual says this unit is not recommended for dough. We'll see about that when I start making pies for Thanksgiving.

I love it.....BUT

I really do love the functionality of this processor but some of the parts are cheaply made and getting replacement parts, like the lid are hard to get as they are always out of stock

Adequate

I don’t use a food processor much but got this to have when I need one, mostly for shredding carrots. I had trouble shredding the entire carrot because after awhile, it would slide on top of the disc. Frustrating! I may be doing something wrong. It’s certainly nice enough for the price and the amount I use it.

Trash

Be aware that it has a little plastic piece that works as safety to turn it on, at second use it broke. so it is not engineered to last. Now Out of warranty and the piece is out of stock.
