Hamilton Beach for years known for quality, this roaster is not.
3 hour for turkey took 5 hours and & was still not done. Easter Sunday 3 hours 275 for pre cooked pork butt, was still 50 degrees below being done! This is the only 2 times I used it since receiving it in November 2024. Have followed all instructions before first use and after.

So handy!
This roaster greatly exceeded my expectations! I love that it holds up to a 26lbs Turkey, which definitely comes in handy during Thanksgiving as it frees up my oven for other sides and desserts! It has adjustable temperature that allows you to cook a variety of one pot oven meals. It comes with a metal rack for the bottom, allowing heat afloair to flow under your whatever your cooking and it keeps the skin under a Turkey crispy! It's super easy to clean as the whole insert comes out. I absolutely love the quality of the roaster along with the design.

Its so big, helps to feed my large family
This electric roaster is such a huge help to meal prep for my large family. It saves me a lot of time. I can put 3 whole chickens in to cook for a couple or hours. After deboning it helps me to have meals prepared throughout the week. Its even good for big soups or gumbo! Its very easy to clean and like always, our Hamilton Beach products hold up so long.

22 Quart Roaster
I love everything about this 22 quart roaster,the large capacity that will hold up to a 28 lb turkey and how fast that it will heat up with just the turn of a knob and this roaster works just as well as my kitchen oven and it takes up less space and it is easy to wash and best part of all my turkey turned out well without it being dry it was juicy and very tender and everyone said that it was delicious.this roaster will definitely help with all of my roasting needs and I love it and highly recommend it.

Great
Multiple uses I can use it for a chicken , ham , or even a roast . It makes dinner party’s easier . I can serve more family members and not have to worry if we will have enough food . It heats up quickly . Uniform cooking temperature throughout the food . I really enjoyed having this pan to cook with .

Extra oven, yes please!
The Hamilton electric roaster is what every kitchen needs, especially my small kitchen. Im so excited that thanksgiving this year will be easier because of the electric roaster. It is an extra oven! I love how light it is and how easy it is to clean after using. The varieties of dishes it can make are endless. I highly recommend the Hamilton electric roaster.

22 Quart Roaster
When you hear something being 22 quarts in size, you can’t imagine just how big that is in size. This roaster is BIG, so big in fact I cooked a 22 lb. turkey in it with absolutely no issues. I was totally blown away as to how good and fast this roaster did the job. It was so good, it has literally put my oven out of business. The outside was nice and brown while the inside was juicy.
