Horrible customer service

We bought some a new whisk from Hamilton beach direct. The whisk was too big for the bowl. We returned the item and they said their techs found it to be fine, even if it sctratches the bowl. Now they want us to pay shipping to send the part back to us worthless. Hamilton Beach customer support is just horrible. We will never buy anything Hamilton Beach again!!!

6-Speed Stand Mixer (Grey) - A Solid Budget-Friend

Overall, I’m happy with my purchase of this 6-speed stand mixer. It's a great value for the price and has handled all my standard baking needs so far. Pros: The mixer is straightforward to use and the grey finish looks sleek in my kitchen. It's surprisingly lightweight, which is great for storage, and the included attachments (whisk, beater, dough hook) cover all the basics. The tilt-head design makes adding ingredients simple. Cons: My main criticism is that it can get quite loud, especially at the higher speeds. Also, for very stiff bread doughs, it seems to work a little harder and sometimes doesn't quite reach everything at the bottom of the bowl, requiring a quick manual scrape with a spatula. Verdict: If you're a casual home baker looking for an affordable, functional mixer that can handle cakes, cookies, and lighter tasks, this is an excellent choice. It's a workhorse for the price point.
