It's big. I haven't used it yet. Keep in mind you'll need a place to store it.

1500 w. Electric Skillet

Cons: seems like a short cord, but maybe that's me. Took longer than i thought to heat up to 375, but i had about 1/2" of oil in it. Never got back up to 375 after putting in 2 lbs. of catfish. Stayed at about <350. All electrit skillets should have one corner be a spout / pour helper. Pros: that's a really big skillet. Heats back up quickly for the fries if you have to do those separately The temp didn't drop nearly as far as other skillets with less wattage when the fish were added.
