Not Impressed

The Hamilton Beach Classic Stainless Steel 2 Slice Toaster was delivered in it's original box...not inside another box for protection. One side of box and toaster was pushed in (damaged). Also, the lever for lowing bread was broken.

Great toaster!

My Black & Decker toaster finally sopped working. Everything was burning, even on the lowest setting. I looked around & saw this toaster, & read the reviews and compared different brands. I have a Hamilton Beach blender which works great. So I decide to try this toaster. It is terrific - the best bagels I ever toasted! They come out just right, warm enough and not burnt. Regular toast is also great. It is sleek looking and has a feature for frozen items if you like those frozen waffles. It was also a great price on sale. I love it!

Love it!

Exactly what I expected! As far as shipping for small appliances it would be nice to have packaging for privacy as well as protection from possible damage. Mine was delivered with no damage:)

Parts missing

Arrived with only 2 rubber feet. 2 are missing. Nice looking toaster though. I’ve contacted the manufacturer.

Would not buy again.

The bread doesn't go all the way down and only toasts on one side. I've found that I have to take the bread out after toasting, turn it upside down, toast again, and after that, turn it around and toast again. Beware of this toaster brand.

Level Hides Function Buttons

Toasts OK. But one Issue is that the lever that is pressed to lower the bread obscures the control buttons for "bagel" or "cancel." That means that you have to lean down to read the controls.
