Purchased TWO! Did Not Work

Purchased two of these, both stopped working in less than two years. Never dropped, just stopped working! Hamilton Beach Customer Service not very helpful. WARNING! Product no longer being manufactured according to Hamilton Beach. All said, I wish it worked. I used it to boil eggs a few times a week. SAD it doesn't work!

Defective

It worked for a little over 3 months. I cannot return it to Macys so now I am in the process of contacting Hamilton directly. I bought it in December, it arrived in January and today it stopped working unfortunately. It’s cute. Doesn’t take up much space. But faulty.

Perfect Rice!

I had another brand name and couldn't get the rice to be cooked properly to save my soul. It was either a ball of mush or crunch kernels. I picked up the Hamilton Beach rice cooker and never looked back.
