Terrible packaging

This iron was not packaged for shipping. It arrived in the iron box only, with no protection. The box is damaged and it appears that the item may have been used previously. Macy’s should be embarrassed. I certainly can’t gift this item in this condition. I will be returning.

Best iron yet!

I've had Shark, Rowenta, Black & Decker and probably a couple more, but this is the best one. Cotton setting gets hot enough to actually iron cotton. Other settings are appropriate for more delicate fabrics. Easy to fill with tap water. Love the self-clean button and retractable for.

Smooth Ironing!

I have only used it a couple of times so far and was happy with it> My husband uses it more and likes it very much, slides smoothly across his dress shirts.

Used iron

Just opened my box and it looks like my iron is a used iron that had been returned to the store. I’m very disappointed!

Other occasion to buy:Iron is used, scratched up, smeared with grease and fingerprints, with patched up box. I fully expect a replacement NEW iron to replace this inferior product.

Sent used damaged goods

You need to send me an immediate replacement with a NEW iron. This one arrived scratched and mucked up, package taped back up and is obviously a USED iron. What is Macy's representing! This is not acceptable and is an additional scar on Hamilton beach.
