Terrible packaging

This iron was not packaged for shipping. It arrived in the iron box only, with no protection. The box is damaged and it appears that the item may have been used previously. Macy’s should be embarrassed. I certainly can’t gift this item in this condition. I will be returning.

Best iron yet!

I've had Shark, Rowenta, Black & Decker and probably a couple more, but this is the best one. Cotton setting gets hot enough to actually iron cotton. Other settings are appropriate for more delicate fabrics. Easy to fill with tap water. Love the self-clean button and retractable for.

Just opened my box and it looks like my iron is a used iron that had been returned to the store. I’m very disappointed!
