Egg-cellent!
The Hamilton Beach Egg Bites Maker is an extremely handy and easy to use product. Included in the box is the egg bites base, tray, lid, water cup, and easy to follow instructions. You simply follow one of the recipes listed in the instructions and fill the cups to the MAX line in the tray, Fill the water cup up with 100ml of water and pour into center reservoir in base, cover with lid and plug egg bites maker into outlet. When the green light turns off, they’re done. Remove lid and tray and let the bites cool for a few minutes before eating. It makes it easy to have a quick, healthy meal for breakfast or anytime. The Hamilton Beach Egg Bites Maker is well made and takes up very little counter space. There really is no reason you shouldn’t have one of these in your kitchen.

Great little kitchen helper
I admit I ordered this out of curiosity, just for the fun of it. But now I wonder how I lived without it. So useful and a nice compact size that fits neatly in a small cabinet. I tend to use eggs as a quick, satisfying, high protein breakfast that keeps me going till lunch and poached eggs are a favorite. But I’ve never been happy with the way my poached eggs came out cooked in a pot of simmering water. They would have a messy shape and be soggy. Plus I had to keep an eye on them. This unit solves all those problems. Pop in an egg bite mixture using your favorite ingredients or drop in an egg for a simple poached egg. Plug in and go do whatever else needs to be done without having to keep an eye on them. It automatically turns off when done and the eggs stay warm under the cover if you don’t get to them right away. I also like hard boiled egg salad sandwiches but hate peeling. Now I can cook a couple eggs without shells, take them out, cool, cut up and mix up into egg salad for sandwiches or blend into a potato or macaroni salad. So much easier!

Just what i was looking for! :)
This is the perfect appliance for saving time in the kitchen, in the breakfast area. I am an extremly busy person. Time is a very valuable commodity. This device completely speeds up time for a quick grab it and go breakfast. Add the water, add the eggs, plug it in. Continue with what else i was doing while it makes my eggs, or mixed egg creations similar to what is offered at popular coffee shops, and for a lot less money, and no lines to stsnd in. Perfect!

Easy to use
This was a great gadget to use and was very easy to get started. I worked quickly and cooked the eggs well. I’m not a fan of the spongy type of eggs so this wasn’t a huge hit for me but my family didn’t mind. I do wish it was larger to make more at once but I understand the appeal. Cleaning is a little tricky with the electrical cord but was easy enough to wipe out where the water heated. I really think this will great for on to go people who want something tasty and healthy and don’t always have the time to stand and cook at a stove.

Cute but....
was not very impressed with the egg bite maker, other than it was pretty cute with the little chick look and clean-up is easy. The first item I made was soft poached eggs. We normally make poached eggs in the microwave and it takes 2 minutes. The egg bite maker took 7 minutes to make 2 soft poached eggs. Also, you have to stand there and wait for the green light to turn off to know when they are done. An alarm would be helpful for timing. The other type I made was an egg beater and cheese egg bite. Since I had to use more water in the reservoir than when I poached the eggs, it took almost 10 minutes to cook. I would rather cook it in a pan.

Super easy to use and clean!
My daughter and mom made several batches of egg bites, some plain and some with bell pepper. It is really easy to use. We did cook them about 5 minutes longer than the directions stated but that was personal preference for texture. It comes apart really easily for cleaning.

Easy Directions, Best for 1 Person
The Egg Bites Maker came with very easy to read directions which made using the machine for the first time a very smooth experience. It took a bit longer than expected to cook. If I needed to cook for multiple people it would be quicker on a stove top, but for a single meal it works great!. It leaves enough time to prepare something else to go along with if wanted or prepare a cup of coffee. Eggs were nice and fluffy after cooking. Poached eggs will take a little more getting used to the machine to achieve the perfect yolk.

Easy to use and clean!
This is great to make quick breakfasts in the morning. Really easy to use and clean up is quick. Not too big and easy to store. It has been fun adding different things to the egg to make different English muffin sandwiches.
