I’ve always been happy with my flex, brew this is my second flex brew that I’ve had ! Great quality it does what it says it’s going to do and it doesn’t have a hefty price tag

Perfect for a vacation rental

This is the second one of these that I've purchased (the first in black, second in white - for different vacation rentals). They are perfect for a vacation rental because they don't take up a lot of space, but they allow the person staying at the house to make whatever they want. The price is also great for what you get. I've had our other one for about a year now and the only issue is that the writing is rubbing off of one of the buttons (so I just added a little label on there for renters).

Cheap Knockoff

I had high hopes for this coffee maker. I couldn’t find a Keurig coffee maker in my color, so I hunted for one that did, as well as high reviews. Also, I needed something that could do a single cup as well as a whole pot. First the good: 1) It’s white, which matches my appliances and counter decor. 2) You can use your own ground coffee if you prefer vs k-cups. Now the not so good: 1) This looks like the coffee maker that Jack built. The base of the carafe, which sits on top of the coffee maker base, is cut on a bias and noticeably crooked on the coffee maker itself. 2) The cover to the single water reservoir doesn’t lay flat, it sticks up on one corner. 3) Occasionally, the lid that covers the k-cup pops open mid brew, which causes things to stop. I’ve made sure the lid is tightly snapped shut, but it sometimes pops open anyway so I hold it down. Also when I snap it back closed and it continues to brew, the coffee is lukewarm when done. 4) Not always (but sometimes) you’ll have coffee grounds in your coffee, and when it happens it’s a lot. This typically only happens when the top pops mid brew. I bought this coffee maker as a Christmas gift for myself, and it wasn’t on sale when I did, plus I had it shipped home. When I called just to be sure I could return it at the store, I was told since I didn’t buy it in store I would have to pay to ship it back to Hamilton Beach. Seriously?! Needless to say I’m not paying a dime to send this thing back. I’m not a happy girl right now.
