Worked Great… Until It Didn’t

I was initially happy with this coffee maker—it brewed well and was easy to use. But shortly after the one-year mark, it suddenly stopped working. No matter what I tried, it only produced a small amount of liquid. I went through every troubleshooting step, which was a waste of time in hindsight. I was about to contact the manufacturer when I checked the warranty and realized it had just expired—by a few days. That was incredibly frustrating. I also couldn’t return it to Macy’s because their return window is only a month. Bottom line: I expected a product at this price point to last longer than a year. Disappointed and frustrated.

Sad

Lasted four months, thirty days after warranty expired. Never had really hot coffee but it was a good cup of coffee. I used both Tullys pods and the ground coffee. Cleaned it as instructed even tho at two mugs a day it wasn’t dirty. I’m a LONG TIME Macys customer and with a phone call they prepaid return and gave me full credit.
