Great coffeemaker

We love the stainless carafe. Coffee doesn’t sit on a burner and cook while we enjoy the pot of coffee. We use the delay brew every day. Thanks for the product improvements!

Overall pleased

Cover to single-brew side does not stay in open position on its own. Otherwise very pleased. This is the second version of this model that we have had over the years.

Love the Coffee Maker

Really love this coffee maker, the stainless steel carafe keeps the coffee hot/warm for over 4 hours. My only complaint is the wording on the buttons can not be seen. Whatever they are using for the printing disappears.

warmer situation isn't great

This coffee maker would be perfect IF... the carafe warmer stayed on while you brewed a K-cup. It is really the only flaw I see, but its a big one for our family because we use this machine for both carafe brewing and K-cup brewing each day.

Hamilton Beach 12 cup coffee maker

Makes good coffee but has a high pitch scream that is addressed in trouble shooting. We did all required steps to eliminate noise but it still screamed. We returned it and got a second one. It did the same thing. Could not get through to HB after waiting 20 minutes on the phone. If you are hard of hearing you won't hear it, if you are not you soon will be if you buy this.
