Does not make hot coffee

I didn’t realize that carafe side had no heater plate and the thermal carafe does not keep the coffee warm at all well I love the fact that you can use your own coffee grounds for the cup size overall I would not recommend this product because it also does not make very hot coffee to begin with

trio 2 way coffee maker problems

problem is only after ownership of coffee maker the single serve will not dispense. it takes water then leaks from the bottom

FlexBrew coffee makers a real winner

I have had multiple coffee makers over the years this seems to be the most user friendly of all. Will make larger single cups than most with a lot of options for single cup, pods or fresh ground ( I even made instant coffee ). The carafe works well and keeps coffee warm for quite awhile. I like that the basket comes out to make it easier and cleaner to prepare.

Just opened

Been using these dual coffee makers for the past ten years. I drink lots of coffee so they get there monies worth of use. They usually last for about 1.5 years and then they break for some reason or another

Carafe

This is the second flex brew we have. The thermal carafe keeps the coffee hot, but leaks all over when pouring. Our counter is now stained, and we have wasted so much coffee. This has been happening since we have purchased, and has gotten worse.

HB Flex Brew 49920

This our second model. First one lasted 4-years. However, changes made to this one are less desireable. Having issues with stainless carafe, when pouring coffee always have a drip down and off the bottom. And can overpour eaisly. Design to include swivel shower head to have to move brew basket is a flaw in my opinion in this newer model Flex Brew. Seems like the heating element for the carfe is going to be an issue, was on our prior model without proper care. Sorry, we really loved the first model we had; it really lasted and gave it its best and was built in good and functional way.
