Small but mighty
First off, let me say this is the loudest food processor I have used. That being said, it is also the best one I have used in getting creamy puree, shredding cheese, etc... I have owned several food processors and I can honestly say this one is by far the best for my needs. I shred blocks of cheese instead of buying pre-shredded and this does it quickly. The feed chute is not as large as my previous processor, so I do have to cut my chunks smaller to feed into chute, but not a deal breaker. What absolutely sold me was making hummus. I make it maybe once a month, and this was the creamiest it has EVER been! I was shocked! I just used canned chick peas and the skins disappered, which has never happened before when I have made it. I also like how the blade and disc store together in the actual processor. It's way more convient for me. The knobs are taking some adjustment for me, I am used to a push button style, but not a big deal. I hope this one lasts me a while, I use it multiple times a week. So far very pleased.

So convenient
The 8 cup food processor is easy to use, easy to clean and looks nice and sleek on my countertop. It's so convenient to have an appliance that can I can do so many things with, with a variety of foods. This makes food prepping for me meals so much easier and quicker. And I love the dishwasher safe aspect of this!

I like it
This food processor is pretty easy to use, easy to clean, and has versatile settings. It works great for cutting up vegetables, fruits, cheese, and more much faster than the old school method. It is safer than using a mandolin slicer, as well. It isn't super loud, it doesn't bother my dog but does frighten cats if they're nearby.

I really like this product
The blades are very sharp. The reversable cutting disc is sharp as well.Its pretty powerful . The feed chute really does fit a block of cheese(8oz.) I used mozzarella cheese for pizza. Its easy to clean...( i dont have a dishwasher)& it really fits nice in my cupboard. It's a thumbs up for me! Great product!

Hamilton Beach 8 Cup Food Processor has a 8 cup capacity, 2 speed and a pulse control. Love the stainless steel slice & shred disc and chopping blade. Its very powerful 450 watt motor makes it powerful. Makes life so much easier when preparing food. LARGE FEED CHUTE: Can fit large foods like a whole block of cheese. Definitely a plus when you need to grate a lot of cheese. My favorite it makes pureeing pestos and dips so much easier and less time! I love this food processor! It’s made my life easier and saves me time. You won’t regret this purchase! A big plus this processor parts are dishwasher safe, bowl, lid & blades.

Just love this amazing powerful food processor!
I just love this amazing powerful food processor!!! I had a smaller one for many years and didn’t realize how inadequate it was. This one has many great features and is very easy to use. It is 8 cups and large enough for every job. One of the nice features is you can put whole stalks of celery, carrots, or your favorite vegetable and it chops it all up so quickly. If you need to push the vegetables down, there is an attachment for that. Previously I had to precut celery so it would fit in my processor. This is so easy and fast! Not only does it do the regular chopping, but it has a removable blade to shred AND slice food. I made my hubby’s favorite dinner – beef roll ups – which require chopped celery and onions. I was amazed how fast it chopped them up for me. Just a couple spins and done. I like that it has different speeds as well. The suction cup type feet keep it from moving while you are using it. It is easy to clean and can be put in the dishwasher. It is compact and fits nicely in my cabinet. I am so happy I got this Hamilton Beach Food Processor. It saves me time and makes my life easier.

I have an old food processor that's very heavy I bought this to replace the old one it's light but powerful and quickly does the job.
