Great Coffee maker
Love this coffee maker. It is nice to have a reservoir type machine with glass instead of place. A little work to clean but worth it. Also has more metal parts our last one had plastic dispensing arm that broke after 2 years.

Won't dispense coffee
Coffee maker won't dispense coffee. The only way I can get it to dispense, is to remove and reset the carafe carrier multiple times and keep attempting to get a cup of coffee out of it. The pump is very loud and I can tell the pump is running but it won't dispense or is extremely slow at first. It should not be this hard to get a cup of coffee! Not satisfied with this product! I expected more out of Hamilton Beach.

Great Quality products
Hamilton Beach brand always meets my expectations and if a product should disappoint they make it right. I have been using many different products from coffee makers to waffle irons and food processors for over 20 years now and I have always been happy with the products and service that Hamilton Beach provides!

Best coffee maker
This is the best coffee maker I’ve owned and I’ve had a quite a few. It’s easy use you just take the water tank to the sink if you use tap water and fill to the line on the tank for however many cups you need and it will keep it fresh and hot for four hours if you want it to stay hot for that long. It’s the best cup of coffee I’ve ever had!

I Love This New Model!
The One Press is a great coffee maker! I love not having to deal with a carafe. The coffee stays hot for hours without tasting burnt. The older model had a plastic reservoir which worked ok but I thought it affected the taste of the coffee. This newer model stores the coffee in a glass reservoir inside. The coffee tastes great and the coffee maker is easy to clean. I definitely recommend buying it!
