Hamilton Beach hand mixer, another quality product

Hamilton Beach hand mixer works great, again I am impressed with how well they work, and the quality of the products overall. The motor works well and is powered appropriately. Sleek design, good control dials. I used it to mix cake batter, cookie dough, and mashed potatoes, worked great for everything.

Hamilton Beach Pro is an excellent mixer.

The Pro 5 speed mixer is up to the task of mixing everything i threw at it. Plenty of power when mixing waffle batter to mixing much stiffer cookie dough. The attachments are easy to use and clean. It comes with a storage base, it can be difficult to attach to the mixer. Otherwise an excellent product. I highly recommend it.

Attractive and convenient

The red hand mixer is very sharp looking. It is very convenient and has a small footprint with all the attachments. When you have small jobs it certainly beats getting out a stand mixer. I like the speed control function. The mixer attachment works well with what I have tried it for, so far. I have not used the dough hooks. Not sure if they would be adequate for sourdough bread mixing. The storage case is good. So far I have found it to be a very useful tool in the kitchen
