Replaced previous model.

Like this deep fryer, tjis replaced early model. Only Con was I thought it came with 2 both small and 1 large baskets.

Love the convenience

Love the convenience of being able to fry multi batches quickly. The only thing I didn't like is the clean up, because its such a large capacity, takes a few steps to clean up. Most importantly, let the oil thoroughly cool. Overall great purchase.

Bad parts

Plastic handles on the baskets are not replaceable. So you have to buy new baskets to get handels! They get really hot with out them and you run the risk of pieces of plastic falling in the hot oil. Not happy at all about this but gave 2 stars because it works..

Horrible experience

Trash! Plugged it up for the first time to use it. One of the elements sparked a flame and it wouldn't come back on. Unfortunately, I didn't try to use it within the 1 month window to return.

Love it

I love this deep fryer. It saved me a lot of time frying a whole lot of fish. Cooked the fish perfectly. Careful not to use too large a fish. I had to cut a few in half to fit in the basket. My recommendation to Hamilton Beach is to add a third basket that fill the size of the bin. Then you have three baskets with two sizes so larger items fit. But I love it. I definitely recommend
