Disappointed by Performance

The blender is much quieter than others I have owned, but it does not crush ice well.

Just delivered

I’m returning this asap. When the UPS left it on my porch the box looked as if it had been in a war. I’m not even going to open it. The box was bashed in and taped over as if someone returned it. Why Macys couldn’t put the blender box in another box for protection and give me a product that hadn’t been returned.Now I have to waste my time returning this product. Very disappointed.
