Love it

Love the coffee maker but I find it aggravating that there are NO REPLACEMENT PARTS for this model. Why do you not at least have replacement baskets if you're still selling it?

The Scoop Single Serve Coffee Maker

I purchased this to brew decaf. When brewing 14oz, I have found that most decaf grinds (Seattle's Best, Starbucks, Illy, Chock ful o' Nuts) will overflow the basket. I have only been able to use Folgers Classic Decaf grind successfully. Since I am limited in what I can use, I will no longer be using this coffee maker.

Randomly overflowing, coffee grounds in my cup all the time regardless how small of a quantity I use, will toss it in the trash as soon as I can afford a better one.

Turns on by it's self

When I started using this product, I have to unplug it because it turns on by itself before I can get water and coffee in it. I can't figure out why it does this, so I unplug it and then plug it in when I'm ready for it to drew. As soon as it's plugged in it turns on without me pushing on button. VERY IRRATATING!

The worse coffee machine

The size of the coffee machine is great. The amount of coffee you’re able to add to the filter doesn’t allow for a good coffee taste. I don’t like strong coffee but this machine makes my coffee taste so watered down. I’m planning to return the coffee maker.
