Does Not Work Properly

Water only drips out of 2 of the 5 holes in the showerhead, so that coffee grounds don't get properly soaked, resulting in a weak cup of coffee. You can somewhat compensate for this by using the bold setting and using one cup to allow an initial drip (until machine pauses) which will be almost clear, and then replacing the cup with a coffee mug for the remaining drip cycle that occurs after grounds have been soaked. Wastes water and involves more effort each time you make coffee. Not worth the effort in my opinion. Get a machine that works properly.

Stainless steel is better than plastic!

For the budget price of this HB coffeemaker, it is well worth it over any of the plastic ones. Very good value

I was hoping for more.

I have a Keurig and it always leaks water when I fill my own pod. So I was looking for something that would allow me not to have a pod. This looked like a great solution but when used water splattered everywhere and got stuck in the body and was very hard to get out when I returned the product :(

Lousy Brew

I have tried everything to brew a decent cup of coffee, but it always comes out too weak tasting like water. I am using fine ground Starbucks coffee in twice the amount I normally used in my prior coffee maker, but still too weak. I'm to the point I can't pack anymore ground coffee in the strainer cup, and still no flavor. With these results, I may as well not bother grinding the beans. This coffee maker isn't worth the money.

Love being able to make a single cup. I don’t use as much coffee because use just what I need.

Nice Looking

Nice looking machine. Dual function not working on the one I purchased. It brews the same amount of time for either. Dual feature is supposed to take longer for one setting than the other. I returned this Coffee Maker. Not impressed.
