Unreliable Shipping and Poor Customer Support

I placed an order on September 13th for store pickup and was later informed it would ship from the warehouse on the 16th. To date, there has been no shipment and no clear updates. I contacted customer service and even Macy’s directly, but no one was able to provide any information. This experience has been very disappointing. The lack of communication and support makes it clear that customer time and trust are not a priority. Unfortunately, I will not be purchasing here again.

Nice watch

Exactly what I was looking for in an anniversary gift for my husband. Bunny, the sales person at the Danbury Mall, CT Macy's helped with pros and cons of the mechanics of the watches. This watch looks simple yet sophisticated, something that will look good for many years to come.

Good Classic Dress Watch

Watch seems to run a bit small but doesn't seem to big an issue. Works good for a dress watch as it will fit under your clothes. Would have like to see a little dash of color on the watch. Strap is a good and has a nice brushed clasp. The two tone polishes on the watch look great as well. All in all and awesome watch so far. If you are looking for a classic dress watch this one is for you.
