Bought this for my son who has arthritis,he said he can make a fist for the first time in a year!!!

Would not charge

This product is a cheap knock off of another well-known product and we should have done our research before purchasing. Since it was sold by Macys we never second guessed ourselves. Right off the box, it just would not charge and makes high beeping sound which gets annoying after some time. Never got to use the product, so don't know about the quality.

It worked with only 1 charge

I purchased this machine because I have Carpal Tunnel and Arthritis. When it first came in, ai put it to charge. It worked for a couple times. Then I put it to charge again after it was losing charge. Now it beeps with all the lights on after a couple seconds working. Don’t waste your money buy a good name brand
