Comforter came apart

I washed the comforter according to the care instructions and it fell apart. I would like to return it for a full refund.

Beachy Sweet

Colors are neutral. Pattern is simple. Fabric is lightweight and smooth. Per manufacturer, set is machine washable. I’ve not yet laundered this. Though, I am hoping the filling within the comforter ‘shakes out’ uniformly as well as the decorative pom poms, which add a welcome punch to this beachy vibe.

Perfect bedding set

I love this bedding set! I got it off my wedding registry and it is so high quality. The comforter is definitely on the thicker side so it probably won't be ideal for Spring or Summer. But it is cozy and comfortable for Winter! Love the neutral color because it could go in any room.

It was a gift for my daughter for Christmas. She absolutely loved it. We bought the pillows to match and charter club sheets in Ivory. Win Win!

Dear Maureen, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We have taken your feedback into consideration. Just as a future suggestion, it is recommended a Large Capacity Washer/Dryer such as Laundromat be used when washing this set, as damage can occur if there is not enough room for the item to move around. We are sincerely sorry this set did not meet your expectations. Again, your feedback is very much appreciated.

Do NOT machine wash

Washing directions state it is machine washable. Followed exact directions and the comforter is ruined. Hard, sharp pieces formed inside comforter. The comforter will not retain the form it had prior to washing. I need a complete new set after only 3 months of use.

Hard plastic pieces

Comforter says washer safe, but upon washing it, hard pieces of plastic pierced through. Weird smell. Not worth it.
