Smaller than I thought

I really liked the look and feel of this carry-on, but it’s smaller than the standard size. I returned it to Macy’s. It was sooo easy to return. I bought a different model at Macy’s. I am so impressed with the customer service at Macy’s. Now my first stop when shopping.
