Poor quality

I was so excited to get this hat and for the price I thought it was amazing. Well, you get what you pay for and I don’t know why they advertise it as wool. The packaging caused the hat to be dented… I will return it asap

poor quality

This hat is probably felt. Very cheaply made but even with that if it had been shipped properly I would have kept it. This is NOT Macy’s quality. It is sold by a third party and the packaging was so horrible I should not have bothered opening it. It was in a cheap plastic mailing bag and wadded into a shape that pretty much destroyed the hat. It’s another annoying trip to Macy’s to return this mess

It’s not wool

Why does the heading call this a wool blend hat when in the description, the fabric is listed as 100% polyester? Very misleading.
