Gorgeous but Frail

I loved this necklace. I'm not someone who generally likes wearing a ton of jewelry so I really liked how dainty it is. One link broke after gentle wear and it will cost as much to get it repaired as the original purchase price. Disappointing.

Part of the necklace came tangled up.

Make sure the necklace is not tangled up. I had to untangle it with care so that I would not break the necklace.

Fragile

Absolutely loved this necklace but the chain is so dainty it broke after the first use. So disappointing. The bar is shiny and the heart stands ot great. Wish the necklace would have held up.

the chain it is extremely small and thin. the pendant heart small also. I feel like it is too fragile! also to complicated to engage the lock.

DONT BUY

Just don’t buy... unless you want to be upset. I am disappointed and disgusted by the quality of the necklace. she didn’t even get to put it around her neck and it broke. i will for sure be returning it and I will not be buying jewelry at macy’s again.

Beautifully dented

I love this necklace, but this is the second one I bought. The first one my husband gave me for my birthday. It had a dent in the bar like someone closed the lid on it. When the second one arrived, the lady at the jewelry counter opened the box and it was dented as well. I’m really disappointed.
