Weird Belt attachment

The tie belt is permanently stitched very hi in the back of this robe. Approx 7” above where the belt loops are on each side. This is VERY uncomfortable to wear. I welcome your recommendation on how to correct this. Otherwise the robe is great, but cannot use as is.

Wonderful Robe!

This robe is very soft and luxurious. However it was a little binding through the shoulders so I returned it. I had zero issues with the return process. Thank you, Heat Holders!

Don’t waist your money

I purchased this robe intending to use it as a bathrobe, but I couldn’t even use it once. It has every undesirable quality you could imagine: it didn’t absorb water, stayed wet, and clung to my skin. When I took it off, I found fibers stuck to my skin and hair everywhere, forcing me to take another shower. I thought washing it might help, but that turned out to be a huge mistake. It continued shedding and ruined every other item in the washing machine. I spent hours de-shedding my clothes, and in the end, I threw the robe straight into the trash.
