Heat, Recliner, Message Recliner

I received the chair on 6/28. As far the functionality of the chair seems fine. However, it's comfort and size and stability is greatly lacking. Is not sufficient space to relax your arms while sitting in the chair. Same is true for the seat. It is not suitable for a sizable person. I reached out to Macy's and someone was to call me back and did not do so.
