Very cute, but careful with seller...

The wrong item arrived in the wrong box and the seller doesn't answer and the "free shipping" was the wrong one and had to pick it up in the wrong box that didn't match the weight with charge. Thanks to my honesty and waste of time picking it up turning the wrong item in to be shipped to the other person with no delivery, I wasn't charged. Anybody can make mistakes, we are all human. But at least answer and try your best to fix it! The Hello Kitty cosmetic bag is cute, useful, handy and well designed.
