Great value and beautiful blade

I recently purchased this knife. It's my first santoku knife, and I'm looking forward to using it in my kitchen. The beauty of the Damascus blade is what initially attracted me to it. With it being a 7in blade, it feels great in my hands. I'm a new home cook, so I was glad to add it to my new collection for a great price.
