Great knife set

Not only are the knives extremely sharp and easy to cut with, they're very well balanced. That helps to make it a lot easier when trying to cut through meat. Lightweight and very easy to use. They're definitely worth the money

great set for BBQ

great set of knives. just what I needed for the variety of meats I bbq (brisket, pork ribs, beef ribs, pulled pork, and the occasional turkey or duck). the carry case is nice as well though not super functional, as I don't have much need to travel from place to place. the quality of the knives is also excellent - what I'd expect from henckels... and at this price point, great value.

BBQ Carving Set - Great Product /Great Price

I have owned Henckels knives for many years and love them. They are well constructed, hold an edge, and are easy to use and clean. I recently purchased a top-of-the-line smoker and decided to get the Henckels 9-pc BBQ Carving Tool Set. The knives are the quality I expected from my previous Henckels, and the carving fork, sheers and bear claws are a great add to my collection. The canvas roll bag if heavy material and great for transporting the tool set.
