Has this been returned?

Got my replacement set of Hinckles scissors today and it was completely out of the package.Just laying in a box. the original package was cut open and laying in the box as well! not the service from Macy's that I'm used to..

Broke w/in month

Already came apart…spent extra $’s to buy a quality pair of kitchen scissors. They don’t get used much, and was about to cut open a package and it fell apart in my hands. I tried to put it back together but was unable.
