I Love these Knives and would buy them all over again

Do not put in dishwasher.

Nice and sharp but do not dishwash. Made the handles a dull Smokey black color and knife was not as sharp after wash. Gave handles a very weird dry texture, so it feels real uncomfortable holding to cut. Not sure how that happens. The scissors Aldo got weird brown stains after one dishwash
