Beware of Macys

I ordered this table and it was delivered in a timely manner . However , once it was delivered I discovered that it is too large for my space . I didn’t even open any of the boxes. I immediately called Macy’s to start my return . Do you know that 2 weeks have passed by and still no pick up still ? These four huge boxes are only porch blocking my entire entrance . I’ve called numerous times and have emailed but they keep telling me that I need to get ahold of the third party who sold it . They are not responding either . I’m so confused bc I’m pretty sure I ordered this table from macys not a third party ! I purchased it on my Macys credit card too . I will never order from Macys again !
