Versatile Saute Pan Workhorse

The Hestan 3. 5 Qt NanoBond pan has turned into my go-to for just about everything. It’s awesome for glazing, making sauces, reducing, and the flared rim makes pouring super easy and clean. The surface heats really evenly, cleans up fast, and feels super durable. The only downside is the handle does get pretty hot since there’s no heat break, so you’ll need a towel or sleeve. Other than that, it’s a super versatile pan that I reach for all the time.

Titanium Sauté Pan

We recently purchased the Heston titanium sauté pan and we are very happy with heat distribution and easy clean up with this pan compared to a stainless steel sauté pan (different brand) that we have used for years. Although the pan is not non-stick, it has not required any soaking prior to cleaning in order to remove stuck on food.

My daily use cookware of choice

Most of my cooking is stir frying meat and veg. While a wok is more traditional, I like the ease and surface area of this large sauté pan. I particularly love the nanobond line. I use this everyday for cooking and find it very easy to clean afterwards. It's also very pretty and I love the fact that there's nothing toxic in the make-up of the pan. I just need to save up to buy more from the nanobond line.
