Amazing quality cookware The build and performance are excellent, and they work beautifully on induction, very even heat and great control. They can develop a little discoloration after washing, but a quick pass with Bar Keepers Friend brings them right back to looking brand new. Totally worth it. We absolutely love them and would definitely recommend.

Outstanding Roaster — Exceptional Performance Every Time

I purchased the Hestan brushed clad stainless steel roaster with rack in the large size about a month ago, and we’ve already used it frequently. We absolutely love this piece. The quality is exceptional — the moment you pick it up, you can feel the craftsmanship. The rack glides out effortlessly, which makes basting and checking progress so smooth. The handles are beautifully designed, sturdy, and have an almost aerodynamic feel that makes lifting and maneuvering the pan incredibly easy, even when it’s loaded with a heavy roast. We were able to fit a very large 26-pound turkey in it with plenty of room to spare, and we also roasted a four-rib, 20-pound prime rib that cooked flawlessly. Everything roasts evenly and consistently, and the heat distribution is exactly what you would expect from high-end cookware. The results have been exceptional every single time. Cleanup has also been surprisingly simple for stainless steel — it comes back to its original brushed shine with minimal effort. The pan feels like it’s built to last a lifetime, both in durability and performance. This has quickly become one of our favorite and most reliable pieces of cookware. Truly outstanding and highly recommended.

Quality, performance and beauty combined

This is my first piece of any Hestan cookware. It is a beautiful roasting pan. Excellent quality. Substantial weight. Sturdy rack. Cleaned up nicely after using for Christmas dinner. So pleased with it that I ordered more Hestan cookware.
