Upgrade from an AllClad pan

I recently installed a Gaggenau 36” induction cooktop and was unpleasantly surprised to learn that my AllClad roasting pan was not compatible. Because I also have 24” Gaggenau wall ovens it was imperative that the replacement pan I purchase not only work with induction but also fit within this oven size. After much searching I found this Hestan pan. Am I sure glad that I did! The pan dimensionally is virtually identical to the old AllClad, ensuring that it fits my oven perfectly. Not only that it is induction compatible for making pan sauces or gravies. It is also more beautiful than the AllClad so it looks and feels like an upgrade in every way.

My roasting pan

This is an incredible roasting pan. The craftsmanship is top of the line, and you will have this pan for your life. It is an amazing look. The accessory roasting rack comes with the rack that fits in there perfectly. I really like the Hestan quality and plan on buying more.

Looks and performs great

I purchased this pan because my old one had peeling teflon and I needed to roast 6 racks of lamb for Easter dinner. The pan performed wonderfully, but it was (barely) too small so I used a large skillet for 2 racks and did 4 in the Hestan. The Hestan roaster browned the racks beautifully and I can’t wait to use it for a large rib roast. I wish it was 2” longer though.
