Sturdy and Large Pan

Upgrade from an AllClad pan

I recently installed a Gaggenau 36” induction cooktop and was unpleasantly surprised to learn that my AllClad roasting pan was not compatible. Because I also have 24” Gaggenau wall ovens it was imperative that the replacement pan I purchase not only work with induction but also fit within this oven size. After much searching I found this Hestan pan. Am I sure glad that I did! The pan dimensionally is virtually identical to the old AllClad, ensuring that it fits my oven perfectly. Not only that it is induction compatible for making pan sauces or gravies. It is also more beautiful than the AllClad so it looks and feels like an upgrade in every way.

Easy to Use and Clean, and Looks great!!

Looks great, easy to clean, and easy to use. I like the elevated, removable rack so I can easily remove the roasted meat and use all the pan drippings to make a sauce or gravy. Fantastic purchase!!

Useful pan - perfect for. roasts and useful for other things as well!

I love that you can saute on the stove afterwards and make a nice gravy. Very robust and the pan doubles as a great baking pan as well! I also really love the sturdiness of the handles
