Disappointed for the price point

Buying this pan was a stretch for me. I cook on medium heat and I was happily surprised that eggs were perfectly releasing from the pan. Then I cooks a steak (coated the pan first) and the pan has not been releasing eggs in the same way.

Stainless Steel Lids
