Disappointed with packaging

Ordered a pair of Hey Dudes for a Christmas gift . The way it was shipped horrible , came in a bag instead of a box .. the shoe box is beat up , crinkled , the paper inside appears to have been used , holes torn inside - how embarrassing to gift and try to wrap !
