Disappointed with packaging

Ordered a pair of Hey Dudes for a Christmas gift . The way it was shipped horrible , came in a bag instead of a box .. the shoe box is beat up , crinkled , the paper inside appears to have been used , holes torn inside - how embarrassing to gift and try to wrap !

The Men's Boat shoes.

Unfortunately, They were lovely but not to my husband's liking,, Never even tried them on. I'm returning directly back to Macy's store today, Sunday December 22,2024.
