Don’t judge the case by its cover!

I love the looks of this piece. I had high hopes, but unfortunately the quality does not match the aesthetics. I have multiple cracks in the case and the whole wheel unit came off. The case has never even seen an airport (only used during auto travel). Terrible! I tried to contact company multiple times with no response.

Lots iof space! Works great for my longer trips. Was able to pack travel pillows and my garment bag. Also love the zipper to hold everything in on one side.
